We have a fine selection on our menu and samples are as below. The food is all fresh on a daily basis and can change from day to day.

Fillet steak served with hand cut chips, flat mushroom and handmade onion rings with a red wine sauce

Pan fried duck breast served with a port and plum sauce
Rack of lamb with a rosemary and shallot sauce
Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella, herbs and a tomato and bacon sauce
(v) Avocado, basil and cherry tomato tart
Fillet Strips in a red wine and button mushroom sauce
Seasonal Game
Pheasant breasts wrapped in bacon with a red wine sauce
Whole roasted partridge with a cranberry sauce
Game pie (rabbit, venison, wild boar and pheasant)
Saddle of venison stuffed with stilton
